Cazorla is a municipality located east of the province of Jaén, within the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, the largest protected area in Spain, the second in Europe and declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO since 1983 The Natural Park is formed as an orographic labyrinth of valleys, calares, cliffs, mountains and plateaus of great hydrological importance (due to the large number of rivers and streams that flow from it); botany (black pine, Aleppo pine, black pine and many endemic species); wildlife-hunting and landscape. From all of which it follows that it is one of the most visited natural spaces in the country, due to its special ecological relevance, where Nature expresses itself in its maximum splendor.
