DESCRIPTION

At the beginning of this path a view of the Sanctuary of the Virgen de la Cabeza is contemplated, continuing east along a forest track. Immediately we take a detour to the right, entering between rockrose, rosemary and mastic.

The path passes through an old cattle herd, to then cross the Membrillejo forest track, used for the access of carts from Andújar and Marmolejo to the Sanctuary during the celebration of the annual pilgrimage.

It continues among the vegetation of the Mediterranean Mount, being able to see the Encinarejo Swamp, and the road that connects the towns of Andújar and Puertollano, starting a slight descent until reaching the recreational area of El Jabalí, where this trail ends
