The visit begins by showing a magnificent single-body wooden beam press of fifteen meters in length and a quintal of 2400 Kg. It is one of the longest beam presses that are preserved, and also shows one of the few boilers of Large copper existing in Spain destined to heat the cargo water in the second pressure of the basins.

In a second room, two hydraulic presses, a conical stone blood mill, and two recently installed continuous extraction systems are exhibited: one with three phases, of the first brought to Andalusia, and the current one with two phases.
