Ingredients

36 frog legs already cleaned and nails or claws cut, 100 g of butter, 50 g of olive oil, ground white pepper, salt, juice of half a lemon, salt, juice of half a lemon, finely chopped parsley.

Preparation

Season the frog legs. Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the legs with the mixture. Transfer them to a hot source, sprinkling them with part of the oil and butter mixture, lemon juice and chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
