Ingredients

250 gr of fresh goat cheese (cow or cottage cheese), 250 gr of pastry flour, a good piece of butter, milk, salt, ground cinnamon, ground white pepper, 1/2 on baking powder, extra virgin olive oil .

Preparation

Break up the cheese with a fork and mix with the flour, the half sachet of baking powder, the melted piece of butter, a pinch of salt and milk, until you get a light paste.

Let it rest for an hour. After resting, with the help of two teaspoons, some balls are made that we will fry in the pan. When they are fried, we let them drain on absorbent paper. Finally, we emborrize in sugar, cinnamon and a little ground white pepper.
