Las Alcandoras Gorges

Paraje de Otiñar. 0, Jaén

It has excellent routes, both artificial and free. It is an enormous cliff on the bed of the stream. Even so, among the classic sites in Andalusia it would occupy a place on the podium. The limestone walls are very vertical and, given their great length, require a lot of continuity. They are routes of resistance. The average height is 150 metres. The maximum height is 220 metres. The ladder is very technical and most of the insurance and meetings have to be installed with embedders or similar.
